Our main focus is the creation and delivering of workshops and training courses in a very dynamic, enjoyable and professional manner. G.O.S. uses a customized approach to training and people development programs depending on the current status of people and organizations. Our methodology is based on consulting, questions for reflection, open discussions, individual and group exercises, case studies, open air activities, role-plays, feedbacks on what the participants have shown during the situations being played and follow-ups.
The participants learn by doing, practicing new behaviors in order to really make a difference when they come back to their day-to-day work environment. They are challenged to reflect on how they can be able to change their attitudes and behaviors in a way of becoming more aligned to what is expected from them. Our workshops consist of 75% practice and 25% theory, what is considered a good balance among our participants.
Knowing the developmental needs and the priorities, we can work together with the customer to create specific programs and criteria for their evaluation.
After the trainings, there should be a periodic assessment in order to check if the changes in behaviors are permanent and if they have happened in the right direction. This period is determined by the customer.
Our programs make people reflect about what they need to change after they get conscious of things they are doing well and things that may be seen by others or themselves as improvement points. Through role-plays and dynamics, followed by individual feedbacks, they also learn by doing. This maximizes the probability that they apply the learning in real situations. Every program ends with the elaboration of individual plans – each person’s self commitment.
The design of programs contents require the involvement of the customer (Human Resources and/or the specific area that has asked for the training or development program). This way they are customized to better suit the specific needs of people, company and its culture.
